"Grant and John did a great job of designing and fitting the kitchen in my new extension. About all I knew was that my appliances didn't need replacing and I wanted a colour close to the blue used on the Chatsworth estate.
John was very patient and consulted me frequently - it was a surprise to realise quite a way into the project we hadn't discussed door handles. They also worked with an excellent countertop supplier and fitter.
They were very busy (but I took that as a good sign) so things sometimes took longer than I wished but in the end it was well worth the wait. It's testimony to the excellent design that I spend much more time in it than I did in my old one!"

This gave us time, with John's advice, to alter the design to get exactly what we wanted in terms of functionality and appearance.
After the extension was finished John worked incredibly hard to get a perfect fit, this included an extra door to kitchen alcove, now wine storage.
We are delighted with the finished kitchen which is a pleasure to use.

"Having never previously had a new kitchen, we wanted one that worked with our house and gave us a mix of modern thinking, paired with a traditional look and feel. From the first meeting we felt comfortable that we were being listened to, but also guided towards what would best work in the space available.
Being an older house, ours had lots of quirky corners and differing ceiling heights. The quality of the installation was impeccable and at the end of every day the area was tidied and swept so we didn’t feel we were living in chaos.
The end result is stunning and we still can’t really believe it’s ours, if you are lucky enough to be able to use Cook & Crossman, then I would highly recommend you do so. You don’t get a kitchen company, you get Grant and John and above all they’re what makes the difference."
